Presidency Chairman visits Ramallah, meets religious leaders

During the meeting, interlocutors stressed the need to achieve peace based on a just solution to a decades-long conflict.

They stressed that the permanent solution implies a two-state solution with Jerusalem as a joint capital that belongs to the entire humanity and all religions.

Palestinian religious leaders of all confessions also emphasized that Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has their support in peace efforts.

On the second day of Bosnian delegation’s visit to Palestine, Chairman Bakir Izetbegovic stayed in Ramallah and the West Bank visiting historic places in Ramallah. Izetbegovic was accompanied by member of the Palestinian Liberation Organisation (PLO) Ahmed Mejdalani and Mayor of Ramallah Musa Hadid.
