The Democratic Action Party’s candidate for Bosnia’s Presidency member said Haris Silajdzic is an honourable patriot. His reaction comes after the Trebinje police submitted a report to Bosnia’s Prosecutor’s Office on crimes against humanity allegedly committed by former Bosniak member of the tripartite Presidency, Haris Silajdzic.
Sefik Dzaferovic said that this was a recognizable propaganda trickof a pseudo-legal system that was established by the Republika Srpska (RS) entity President Milorad Dodik’s regime, whose aim is to change the truth about the war, equalize the defenders with the aggressors, victims with criminals.

Bosnia and Herzegovina consists of two entities, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) dominated by Bosniaks and Croats, and the RS, as well as the District of Brcko, not dominated by any of the three constituent peoples.
“The report against Haris Silajdzic is yet another example of attempts to violently change the truth about the aggression on Bosnia and Herzegovina. The way in which this attack against Silajdzic was conducted points to the fact that it is politically motivated,” Dzaferovic said. “The attack on Silajdzic is perceived as an attack on the honourable struggle of all Bosnianpatriots.”
He added that all patriotic forces must unite against these attacks, whose aim is to undermine the Bosnian state.
