Bosnia registered 13,045 newborns in the first six months of 2018, which is 2.46 percent less than in the same period last year.

During this time, there were 18,639 deceased, which is 0.85 percent less than in the first six months of 2017, said the state Statistics Agency.

A total of 8,078 marriages were made during the same period, which is 5.53 percent more compared to the same period last year.

The Agency recorded 1,082 divorces during this time, which is 14.98 percent compared to last year’s first semester.
