Court orders 30-day detention for two migrants

According to Municipal Court spokesperson Azra Bavcic, the Court ordered the detention against them because it fears they could flee or commit a crime.

During a routine stop by the Sarajevo police, three days ago, the two migrants started running from the police when asked to show their ID’s. After being apprehended soon after the incident, the Sarajevo Canton police raided several locations and found a weapons cache in one of the apartments that were raided.

The firearms were seized and the two migrants are suspected of illicit arms possession.
