The overall security is one of the priorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Council of Ministers and the country will continue with consistent and diligent work on combatting the terrorism, Council Chairman, Denis Zvizdic, said on Monday during a meeting with US Coordinator for Counterterrorism, Nathan Sales.
Ambassador Sales commended Bosnia's efforts in combatting the terrorism as well as the country's strategy for the fight against the violent extremism. He expressed hope the cooperation of the two countries will continue in the future.
Zvizdic informed the US official about the political and economic situation in the country and the region, and the goals that the country achieved on its Euro-Atlantic road.
Us Ambassador in Sarajevo Maureen Cormack also attended the meeting.
