International police issued a red notice for Ivica Kolobara, a Bosnian national suspected of committing war crimes during the 1992-95 Bosnian war.

Kolobara, who holds dual citizenship of both Bosnia and Croatia, is wanted by Bosnia's judicial institutions for being suspected of the crime against humanity and crimes against civilians.

A 2011 final verdict convicting four members of Bosnian Croat forces of war crimes in the south of Bosnia mentions a man named Ivica Kolobara on several occasions.

Marko Radic, Dragan Sunjic, Damir Brekalo and Mirko Vracevic, all former members of the Second Brigade of the Croat Defence Council were found guilty of committing a war crime against the Bosniak civilians in the area of the southern city of Mostar, of ordering, committing, inciting, assisting and supporting the attack on the Bosniak civilians, according to the final verdict.

Interpol's red notice is a request to locate and provisionally arrest individual pending extradition. It is issued by the General Secretariat at the request of a member state or an international tribunal, based on a valid national arrest warrant.
