Sarajevo Canton’s Interior Ministry published a short tourist guide, on Monday, warning against pickpockets and giving other safety hints for tourists visiting the Bosnian capital.
The guide, which was published on their official Twitter account, warns against leaving documents and other valuables unattended in public spaces or leaving them on a visible spot in their cars.
“Dear Visitors … take care of your personal documents, money and mobile phones and do not leave them unattended on tables in restaurants, bars cafes, etc. Be careful when taking money out of ATMs and do not carry large amounts of cash with you,” the Ministry wrote.
