Bosnia’s Service for Foreigner’s Affairs said it deported on Friday a French national and banned him from entering the country for five years because he is jeopardizing persons who enjoy diplomatic immunity and is, therefore, a threat to national security.

The person was located in Sarajevo by Bosnia’s intelligence agency and the police force in the Federation (FBiH), one of the country’s two semi-autonomous entities.

The French national was put into an immigration centre in East Sarajevo and will soon be deported, according to the Foreigner’s Affairs Service.
