Hans van Baalen, the leader of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe Party (ALDE), will attend the Our Party's Congress on Saturday, in Sarajevo, the Party stated in a written statement.

“Van Baalen has led of the ALDE which stands for the free market, European integrations and a united European market, since November 2015. It consists of 65 political parties from 42 European countries, and the Our Party joined the Alliance in 2016,” the Our Party wrote.

The statement added that the ALDE is a European political party gathering liberal, democratic and reformist parties.

“Van Baalen is a member of the Dutch Liberal Party – the VVD, since 1986, he was the Party's international secretary and delegate in the Dutch Parliament for three terms (1999-2009). In addition to political engagements through the VVD and ALDE, Hans van Baalen was the President of Liberal International from 2009 to 2014, an international organization that brings together liberal parties, politicians and intellectuals promoting liberalism, democracy, human rights, free market, social justice, tolerance and international solidarity,” said the Our Party's statement.
