Bosnian Serb MPs will not vote for the Annual National Programme (ANP) for NATO, because the moment that programme is submitted, that country is permanently set to join that Alliance and its up to NATO to decide when to accept a new member state, Bosnia's Serb Presidency member Milorad Dodik said on Wednesday's press conference.

“There is speculation about some talks, but I know nothing about that unless it is a meeting between the Democratic Action Party (SDA) and the Croat Democratic Union (HDZ BiH). They are probably discussing the formation of the Federation entity's government. It's obvious that the SDA is at the root of the inability to form the Fbih and State level government,” Dodik said.

The Bosnian Serb leader said the political situation in the country is such that there is a paralysis in the work of its every level of government.

“As far as the State level government is concerned, we have a paralysis at every level. We had a Presidency session today and we asked the Council of Ministers to submit its plan to tackle the migrant crisis for the third time. They haven't sent a single plan to us. The Council of Ministers has neither the will nor ability to resolve this issue,” Dodik added.

Speaking about international community High Representative Valentin Inzko's report before the UN Security Council, Dodik said that Inzko was there to deceive the UN.

“It's a lie that the Democratic Front (DDF) and the Alliance for a Better Future (SBB) are in the coalition for the State level government. That's a lie. The HDZ BiH is not letting the DF come close to that coalition,” the Serb Presidency member said, adding that “he's (Inzko) been continuously lying to the Security Council.”
