Bosnia women's national basketball team posted a 70-69 victory on Thursday against the favoured Russian team and started off the EuroBasket Qualifiers 2021 in Group C with a sensational victory.
Despite the lead that the Russians had at the end of the first half, the Bosnian team managed to catch up and beat the opponent in the first game of the EuroBasket 2021 Qualifiers.
The game was played at the sports hall in Orenburg filled to capacity.
The team led by coach Goran Lojo will face Switzerland's players in Sarajevo this Sunday.
