Bosnian Serb Presidency member Milorad Dodik's decision to vote against Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic's official visit to Bosnia only deepens the concern with the issue of how to make it a more functional state, Djukanovic said in an interview with Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG), on Tuesday.

“What can I say, the news mostly speaks of the problem affecting the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It didn't provoke a spiteful reaction in me but a deep concern – what can be done to make Bosnia a more functional state, so there wouldn't be any more paralysing decision like this,” Djukanovic said adding that there are so many decisions made only to amuse the public, but they only end up costing the country.

The Montenegrin president said he not only has one, but two invitations to visit Sarajevo. The first was signed by Dodik himself and the second one was the Presidency Chairman Zeljko Komsic's invitation he received when he met with Komsic recently. That was when Komsic explained to him that Dodik's decision was influenced by the recent developments in Montenegro, regarding the Religious Freedoms Law, Djukanovic noted.

“This really didn't bother me at all, nor did it bother Montenegro. My calendar is so full and I don't have a problem with it. What we want to say to them will be heard on every address, and Bosnia must think hard where all of this is going,” Djukanovic concluded.
