North Macedonia’s Government bans entry to foreigners from the nations which the World Health Organisation (WHO) listed as high-risk, the Beta news agency reported on Friday.
People from the listed countries will be allowed entry if provide a certificate on time spent in quarantine issued a respective institution, North Macedonia’s Health Ministry has said in a statement.
Earlier, Skopje has introduced other restrictive measures.
It also decided that until March 24 closed down all theatres, movies, playrooms, sports objects and gyms, as well the premises for concerts and other cultural events and banned all public gatherings.
The use of all public swimming pools is banned in the next 30 days.
Also, all but urgent surgical interventions are also postponed.
