Five new cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed in Croatia, bringing the total number of the people infected to 37, the national civil protection service said on Saturday morning, while Serbian authorities reported six new cases, bringing the country's total to 41.
Two new cases in Croatia are from Osijek and one each is from Sisak, Varazdin and Zagreb.
“All these are imported cases or close contacts of previously diagnosed cases. The situation is challenging, but we are keeping it under control,” the service said.
Serbia's healthcare ministry announced on Covid19.rs website that of 17 persons who undergone medical check by 6 pm on Friday, six tested positive and eleven were negative for coronavirus.
