The governments of Bosnia's two semi-autonomous regions, the Federation (FBiH) and Republika Srpska (RS), will get 50,000 new coronavirus tests with the financial assistance of the UN Development Programme (UNDP), Security Minister Fahrudin Radoncic confirmed on Friday.
“With the assistance of the UNDP, it has been secured that two entity governments will get 50,000 coronavirus tests,” he said.
The minister also said that quarantine tents have been set up at all border crossings for 14-day isolation of the citizens who come from the countries severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
“What matters the most now is that the citizens are in isolation and don't walk around, we won't tolerate that because that's how they can kill other people. It was my recommendation to file criminal charges,” he underlined.
Radoncic said that two directors and one minister will be a subject of misdemeanour charges for spreading disinformation about the coronavirus.
