Bosnia's top judicial institution decided to prioritise the prosecution of cases of crimes against public health during coronavirus pandemic, said Milan Tegeltija, the head of this institution, following their telephone cession on Thursday.
“The second most important decision from today's session is the adoption of an initiative to adopt regulations on interim measures regarding judicial, administrative and other procedures and issues during the declaration of a natural or other disasters, with a view to resolving deadlines for the duration of this emergency,” the head of High Judicial and Protectorial Council (HJPC), which appoints and sanctions all judges and prosecutors in the country, said.
He added that this initiative will be communicated to all competent ministries of justice in Bosnia.
