Republika Srpska entity could ease Covid-19 restrictions in two weeks

Bosnia's Republika Srpska (RS) entity is expected to ease the current measures regarding the Covid-19 pandemic if the situation remains the same in the next two weeks, entity Civil Protection Administration's mainboard concluded on Tuesday.

The board consisting of RS President Zeljka Cvijanovic, Prime Minister Radovan Viskovic, Bosnia's Serb Presidency member Milorad Dodik, Bosnian prime minister Zoran Tegeltija and the RS Health Minister Alen Seranic said they are satisfied with the current situation regarding the pandemic in this Serb-dominated entity and that there is no exponential growth of new cases.

The officials asked the citizens for understanding and to remain responsible during the coming easter and May 1, holidays by abiding the measures in place.
