Hours after Republika Srpska, Bosnia's Serb-dominated region lifted mandatory self-isolation for Bosnians returning from abroad, authorities of Federation, another semi-autonomous entity, did the same later on Wednesday.
It means that as of Thursday any national of Bosnia and Herzegovina returning from abroad to any part of the country will no longer have to go into a 14-day home quarantine to prevent a potential coronavirus infection spread.
The FBiH Civil Protection Administration passed the decision in an urgent procedure.
Foreigners are still not allowed to visit the country for private purposes.
