In the last 24 hours, one patient died, and 54 were tested positive with coronavirus in Serbia, N1 reported on Friday.

The death toll in the country stands at 242, with a mortality ratio of 2.13 percent.

According to the country Health Ministry covid19.rs website, since Thursday, 5,215 people were tested, while a total number of tested since the epidemic outbreak on March 6 is 239,234, and 11,354 were positive.

So far, 6,524 patients have recovered from COVID-19.

At the moment, 588 people are hospitalised, eight of whom are on ventilators.
