Bosnia's House of Representatives has adopted the state Draft Budget for 2020 on Wednesday in the amount of 996 million Bosnian marks (approx €500 million), which now needs to go through the House of Peoples of the State Parliament to be fully operational.

The Draft Budget was adopted with 27 votes in favour, seven abstentions and 4 votes against it.

The total revenues of Bosnia's state institutions in 2020 amount to 996,000,000 marks, which is the same as the total expenditures. Compared to the 2019 Budget, this one is 30 million marks (some €15 million) or three percent bigger.

The external debt servicing amounts to 807,552,931 marks (some €412,895,257) and this amount is 18.2 million KM or two percent lower compared to that from the previous year.

Now the Budget needs to pass the House of Peoples, where it will be discussed sometime next week.
