Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik is visiting Zagreb as a representative of the Serb people and not as a member of Bosnia and Herzegovina's collective state presidency, the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia said on Wednesday.
Dodik is scheduled to meet with President Zoran Milanovic and Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic later on Wednesday.
The Croat and Bosniak members of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency, Sefik Dzaferovic and Zeljko Komsic respectively, earlier criticised the two Croatian officials for planning to meet with Dodik, claiming he was questioning the survival of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a state.

“This is a private visit which Zagreb has accepted, ignoring the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina. That is their choice, just as the ensuing consequences will be their choice,” Dzaferovic said, with Komsic making a similar comment.
Our two main goals are the stability of the neighbouring country and protection of ethnic Croats’ rights, a source at President Milanovic's office said.
Our interlocutors are all those on whom agreement depends, and “Dodik does represent somebody,” the source added.
