Health authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina reported 320 new coronavirus cases and seven more fatalities due to COVID-19 on Saturday.
In Bosnia’s Federation (FBiH) region, 238 of the 1,241 samples tested came back positive for the coronavirus and one person passed away due to COVID-19 since Friday.
In the other semi-autonomous entity, Republika Srpska (RS), 82 of the 609 people tested were confirmed infected. Five people in the RS passed away due to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.
The Brcko district, which belongs to neither of the two entities, also reported one fatality due to the disease.
More than 25,000 Bosnians have tested positive for the coronavirus in total and more than 17,000 of them have recovered so far.
More than 750 have so far died due to COVID-19 in the country.
