Bosnia's Federation entity government concluded Thursday it would provide another 100 million marks (some €50 million) on the account of mitigating economic consequences of Covid-19 pandemic.
Of the total amount, 30 million marks will be used to help the tourism industry, 10 million will be used for the purchase and exports of market surpluses, export-oriented agriculture, and to help the competitiveness of domestic products on foreign markets, 20 million will be used for road, railway and air traffic, 30 million will be used for maintaining current liquidity, working capital and the completion of investments started before the pandemic to companies in the field of energy, mining and industry.
The government also discussed the health situation in this entity and concluded that this sector should be provided with financial assistance due to the great efforts and costs in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
For this reason, the government earmarked 10 million from the total amount to boost the entity's health care.
