According to Bosnian health authorities, the country recorded 541 new cases of coronavirus, on Monday, along with 13 deaths caused by the disease.

The country's Federation (FBiH) entity reported 285 new cases after testing 956 samples for the new coronavirus. The entity's Public Health Institute said they recorded 11 deaths caused by the new coronavirus.

The Republika Srpska (RS) region said they registered 255 new cases of the disease after testing 799 suspected samples. This entity also reported having two fatalities over the last 24 hours.

Brcko District also recorded one new Covid-19 patient and no fatalities.

The hardest-hit city is Sarajevo once again with a total of 103 confirmed cases.

According to the State Civil Affairs Ministry, the country has so far confirmed 34,661 Covid-19 cases, of which 25,442 have recovered and 997 had died.

The country currently has 8,222 active cases, the Ministry said.

Yesterday, the country had 559 new cases of Covid.19.
