Schools in Bosnia's Republika Srpska region will be closed as of Monday for a week due to the bad epidemiological situation and will continue the classes online.
RS Education Minister Natalija Trivic told public broadcaster RTRS that schools will receive instructions for online classes Monday morning.
Universities will continue with regular classes, for now, Healthcare Minister Alen Seranic said, adding that the situation will be reviewed in the forthcoming days.
Seranic also said that epidemiological situation got dramatically worse in the period from October 16 to 22, adding that mortality rate caused by the coronavirus is also expected to grow.
