Bosnia’s international administrator, Austrian diplomat Valentin Inzko, will on Thursday present his 58th report on the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina to the UN Security Council.
Inzko is the High Representative in Bosnia and is tasked with overseeing the civilian implementation of the 1995 Dayton Peace Agreement that ended the Bosnian war.
His report will cover the period between April 16 and October 15 this year.
It will contain information about numerous topics such as, among other things, the functioning of Bosnia’s government and institutions during the coronavirus pandemic, Bosnia’s EC Progress Report, the necessary changes of Bosnia’s Election Law, the 2020 local election and work of the Central Election Commission, as well as the atmosphere in the tripartite Presidency, the issue of glorification of war criminals and genocide denial and the migrant crisis.
