Bosnian health officials reported 1,055 new Covid-19 cases on Sunday, along with record 41 virus-related fatalities.

The country's Federation (FBiH) entity reported 864 new cases after testing 1,433 samples for the new coronavirus. The entity's Public Health Institute said they recorded 22 deaths caused by the virus.

The Republika Srpska (RS) region said they registered 191 new cases of the disease after testing 822 suspected samples. This entity also reported having 16 fatalities over the last 24 hours.

The hardest-hit city is Sarajevo once again with a total of 394 confirmed cases.

Brcko District health officials said they recorded 1 new coronavirus case along with three fatalities.

Yesterday the country recorded 1,275 coronavirus cases.
