According to the state election watchdog, a total of 1,202,106 persons voted in Bosnian local elections, of which the turnout in the Serb majority part Republika Srpska (RS) was higher than that in the Bosniak-Croat shared Federation (FBiH) entity.
The Central Election Commission (CEC) reported that 680,179 people (35.65 percent) from the FBiH voted by 4 pm, while 192,702 people (42.25 percent) voted in the RS.
When it comes to the Brcko District, the CEC said 29,225 people (35.91 percent) of the population voted by 4 pm.
