Bosnia reports 1,255 new Covid-19 cases, more than 2,000 patients recover

Bosnia and Herzegovina reported another 1,255 Covid-19 cases and 69 fatalities in the last 24 hours, according to healthcare authorities, while 2,187 patients recovered.

The Federation (FBiH) region confirmed 845 new patients out of 2,573 lab tests performed, while 1,928 have recovered in the last 24 hours.

The region's death toll stands at 1,240, with 53 fatalities reported since Monday.

As for Republika Srpska (RS), its authorities performed 1,053 lab tests in the last 24 hours of which 362 were positive for the novel coronavirus.

With 15 new fatalities reported, the region's coronavirus death toll stands at 749.

Brcko District, a separate administrative unit in the north, reported 48 new cases and no new fatalities.
