Bosnian Prosecutor's Office said Friday they charged the President of Sarajevo Canton's Court Vladimir Spoljaric with alleged sexual harassment and violence against a female employee of the Court during 2018 and 2019, noting that they have 15 witnesses to corroborate these allegations.
The accused Spoljaric, born in 1957, is charged with violence, harassment and sexual harassment, endangering the peace, mental health and physical integrity of a female employee of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo, who repeatedly told him that his actions were undesirable and inappropriate, the Prosecution said, adding that this happened during his tenure as acting and later as the President of the Court in Sarajevo, in 2018 and 2019.
The Prosecution noted they plan to prove the charges by calling in 15 witnesses and experts, as well as by exhibiting numerous pieces of evidence.
