In the municipality of Kalesija, in Bosnia’s semi-autonomous Federation (FBiH) entity, Zijad Kulanic won the election against Sead Dzafic, who ran for reelection, by one vote.
The same thing happened in Kupres, in Bosnia’s other semi-autonomous entity, Republika Srpska.
Gojko Sebez, a member of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), won 95 quotes in the municipality while his opponent, Momcilo Maric, won 94 votes.
Bosnia held its local election on November 15.
