According to Serbia’s Health Ministry’s data on Tuesday, 57 patients died from COVID-19-related complications over the last 24 hours, while out of 20,514 people tested, 7,818 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.

The death toll stood at 2,062 with a mortality rate of 0.88 percent, while out of 1,936,027 people tested, 219,652 were positive for the virus since the epidemic outbreak in March.

On Sunday, 8,317 patients were hospitalised, and 289 of them on ventilators.
