The BiH CEC passed a Decision annulling the elections held on November 15, 2020, in the Srebrenica constituency for the mayor of Srebrenica and the Srebrenica Municipal Assembly at 28 polling stations, during its session held on January 21.

At the same session, the CEC passed a Decision annulling the elections, held on November 15, 2020, at 89 regular polling stations in the Doboj constituency for the level of Mayor of the City of Doboj and the Assembly of the City of Doboj.

During the January 21 CEC session, numerous frauds related to voting in Srebrenica and Doboj municipalities were presented. The Commission established that voting without valid BiH documents was enabled during the local elections. Dozens of voters voted without valid documents at several polling stations.

Also, graphologists have identified numerous irregularities when it comes to voter signatures, ie forgeries. They determined that voters voted with invalid identification documents or documents issued outside the legal deadline.
