The Government of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina has strongly condemned the act of vandalism involving the graffiti "Ave Satanas" written on the wall of the White Mosque in Brcko.

“This act is an attack on the religious and cultural heritage of the District, as well as on interfaith respect, which is the foundation of our shared future. The Government expresses solidarity with all religious communities and reaffirms its commitment to preserving mutual respect and tolerance,” the statement said.

The Government also extended gratitude to the Brcko District Police for their swift response and for identifying the perpetrator of this act.
