The President of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity, Milorad Dodik, said on Wednesday that the decision on the Resolution on the genocide in Srebrenica at the UN General Assembly "is a stamp on the end of Bosnia and Herzegovina", announcing that a peaceful breakup of the country will be proposed to the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) entity, at Thursday’s RS Government session, in Srebrenica.

“Whether it will all be accelerated or [it will happen] in the foreseeable future, is just a matter of the process. We choose a peaceful separation and we will propose that tomorrow at the Government session in Srebrenica. We will propose it to the FBIH,” Dodik told RTRS.

He asserted incorrectly that the RS and the FBiH are “contracting parties” to the Dayton Agreement, and thus to the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Dodik assessed that an “extensive corrupt intervention of the international community” was underway and that “it was done incognito” to propose a Resolution on the Srebrenica genocide and to secure Germany’s support.
