Dodik says BiH's Constitutional Court is a "foreign political organization" and that it has no legal power in the Republika Srpska entity

According to the president of Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity, Milorad Dodik, BiH’s Constitutional Court is “a foreign political organization, whose decisions have no significance on the territory of Republika Srpska”.

"They can meet as much as they want, all those foreigners there, they don't exist for Republika Srpska," he wrote on social media, adding that the RS considers all Constitutional Court decisions illegal.
"Until a law on the Constitutional Court is passed, everything they decide there will be considered illegal. This is what the National Assembly of Republika Srpska decided," he wrote.
