Between January and December 2024, exports in FBiH grew at an average monthly rate of 0.12 percent, while imports increased at an average monthly rate of 0.67 percent.
The import-export coverage ratio for December 2024 was 48.3 percent, reflecting a 7.3 percent decrease compared to the previous month.
The trade deficit for December 2024 amounted to 873,902,000 Bosnian marks (€446.9 million), according to the FBiH Institute of Statistics.
In December, the primary export destinations for FBiH were Croatia, Germany, and Serbia, while the largest import sources included Germany, Italy, and China.
