Police have arrested a Georgian as he attempted to leave Bosnia and Herzegovina, Srpskainfo has learned.

According to unofficial information, the arrested individual is identified as the mastermind behind the record-breaking robbery of cash in Banja Luka, where two million marks (1 million euros) were stolen from a currency exchange office owner.

However, the stolen millions have not been found yet.

Three thieves were involved in the million-dollar robbery in Banja Luka. They waited for the owner in front of her family home in the Laus neighborhood.

At that moment, one of the robbers approached the owner and snatched the money bags from her hands.

As previously reported by Srpskainfo, one of the bags contained the owner's phone, but the robbers discovered it, and the signal was shut off in Zaluzani.

During the investigation, the police discovered two cars involved in the Banja Luka robbery, with unofficial reports suggesting that the robbers fled towards Doboj.
