Bosnia's best swimmer, Lana Pudar, was the best competitor at the 14th international swimming competition "Victoria - Primorje" and became the new national record holder in the 200m freestyle.
Last weekend, the 14th international swimming meet “Victoria – Primorje” took place in Rijeka, Croatia, where over 700 swimmers from Italy, Austria, Ukraine, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia took part.
She competed in four disciplines, 100 and 200 meter breaststroke and 100 and 200 meter freestyle showing her class for the umpteenth time.
In the 100m breaststroke, she swam the most valuable result of the meeting in the women's and men's competition with a time of 58.89, which is 836 FINA points. In the 200m breaststroke, she swam her best time this year, 02:10.55, which gave her 812 FINA points, while in the 100m freestyle, she won first place in her category and third place in the absolute category with a time of 57.24.
These results were enough for the sum of the two best results from the final races, for Lana to win the main prize of the meeting and to be declared the best swimmer of the meeting in both the female and male competitions.
