Rescue teams have found the last body they were searching for in Buturovic Polje, located in the municipality of Konjic, following the devastating floods that have recently impacted the region.
According to the Mayor of Konjic, Ahmet Haketa, born in 1962, was discovered after an exhaustive search. His disappearance was reported on October 4th, when he went missing in Jablanica Lake. Since then, daily search efforts have been conducted in the lake, but the operation was hampered by debris, including household materials, trees, vehicles, and more, that was carried by the floodwaters.
A total of 19 people lost their lives in the floods in the Jablanica area, while four individuals perished in the Konjic municipality, and three in the Fojnica municipality.
Yesterday, funeral services and burials were held for the 19 victims from the Jablanica region.

Authorities and emergency response teams continue their efforts to assess the full extent of the damage and provide relief to affected families.
