A mural dedicated to Serbian Internal Affairs Minister Aleksandar Vulin which appeared on Friday in Bosnian northern city of Banja Luka has been ruined.
The mural was partly destroyed by paint spilled over the minister's face. Neither the author of the mural nor those who ruined it has been identified.
Vulin's image was painted on a wall of a building in Banja Luka, administrative centre of Bosnia's Serb-majority region Republika Srpska. It was accompanied by a message “uniting has commenced and it cannot be stopped,” as a reminded to his earlier statement on the uniting of the Serbs in the region.
