The citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina are still allowed to enter Serbia without a negative PCR test, representative of Republika Srpska, Bosnia's semi-autonomous region, in Belgrade Mladjen Cicovic told Srna news agency on Friday.
Cicovic explained that Serbia modified its entry regulations and that now all passengers entering Serbia, except those from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Hungary, must have either a negative PCR test or vaccination certificate.
“The measures of the Government of Serbia prescribe that PCR test is mandatory for everyone, regardless of their citizenship, coming from abroad, except these countries which include Bosnia and Herzegovina i.e. Republika Srpska,” said Cicovic who is the head of the Republika Srpska Office in Belgrade.
Also, Bosnian nationals who enter Serbia from Croatia will not need the PCR test if they were just passing through Croatia. In case they spent a day or more there, they will also need a negative PCR test.
Cicovic explained that Serbia's entry regulations do not concern citizenship but the territory from which the passengers come, which means even Serbian nationals entering from those countries that are not on the list of exemptions will need to comply with the rules.
