Following the tragic death of doctor Azra Spahic (25) caused by a fatal traffic accident in Sarajevo, Sarajevans started gathering at 6 pm, at the place where she was killed. Armin Berberovic, who caused the accident, did not pass his driving test and was driving with a certain percentage of alcohol in his blood.

Among the hundreds of Sarajevans who came to the streets was the one who understands her parents best. Amir Agic, the father of Selma, who died in the same way in 2016.
“I want to send a message so that it doesn't happen again. But here it is again after almost seven years. The same accident, a girl who was almost the same age as my Selma,” Amir said.
He added that he had to come to the gathering – he couldn't stay home.
Agic noted that nothing has changed since the death of his Selma and her friend Edita in 2016.

“The police rise up when something happens! By the time a month passes, everything returns to normal. I'm glad that so many people came to their senses and came to support us, but it's sad that we have to be here to let someone know that they have to do their job,” he stressed.
Sanjin Sefic, who was found guilty of the accident that took the lives of Selma and Edita, was sentenced to 16 years in prison.
Agic also recalled the arduous trial that bereaved families also went through, so he appealed for all possible support to the family of the deceased Azra Spahic.
