“I believe that the unity of Serbia and the assessment of the President of the Republic are more important than any kind of Pink’s or my personal interest,” Mitrovic wrote on Twitter.

Commenting reality shows, Vucic said on Thursday that he “also spoke with the owner of Pink TV.”

“And I asked him and told him that some Serbian citizens think that reality TV is not a good thing and that I know what his attitude and that of the people in Serbia who watch it is, but that was my request. Before we sit down and talk about it. I asked him before this is discussed within REM (Serbian regulatory authority for Electronic Media), I asked him to consider the possibility of canceling it – whether or not he will do it, we will see,” said Vucic.

One of the demands of the Serbia Against Violence protests is “the cancellation of programs that promote violence, immorality and aggression on television stations with national broadcasting licenses, such as reality shows.”
