The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) conducted a search at the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina today. The information was confirmed by SIPA spokesperson Jelena Miovcic.

“As part of an expanded investigation led by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina against the suspended President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ranko Debevec, SIPA officers are searching the CMS server of the Court due to suspicions of misconduct in the allocation of cases to judges,” Miovcic told N1.

Previously, as part of Operation “Kodeks,” Ranko Debevec, the President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and former Director of the Intelligence and Security Agency (OBA) of BiH, Osman Mehmedagic Osmica, were arrested.

“The activities in the ‘Kodeks’ case were carried out against the suspended President of the Court of BiH and the former Director of the Intelligence and Security Agency, as part of an expanded investigation into multiple events suspected of corrupt activities and other illegalities,” SIPA stated at the time.
