Legendary football player and head coach of France's U-21 team Thierry Henry arrived in Sarajevo on Thursday, where he will lead his team in a match against the Bosnians a day later within the UEFA European Under-21 Championship.

Henry, who is married to Sarajevo-born Andrea Rajacic, is also known in Bosnia as a ‘Bosnian son-in-law’.

He had a warm welcome at a press conference, where he was among other things asked if he knew some Bosnian.

“I know why you are asking me that. My children are Bosnians and Herzegovinians as well as French. This evening I will visit my in-laws,” said the football legend, who already visited the country before.

Speaking about the upcoming match, Henry said both teams stand equal chances and the game is likely to be complex.
