Cavusoglu made the statement after he met with Bosnia’s Foreign Minister, Elmedin Konakovic, on Wednesday.

Cavusoglu thanked Bosnia and Herzegovina, which he said showed great solidarity and friendship at a difficult time.
“A total of 234 people and 13 different teams arrived in our country to help search. They are working with all their strength to rescue as many people as possible. Since February 12, they have pulled 26 people from the ruins. Bosnia and Herzegovina sent a large number of tents and 500,000 euros, together with the Islamic Community, the Red Cross, municipalities, cantons and civil associations, and so far 30 tons of aid have arrived,” Cavusoglu said.
He mentioned the 12-year-old boy who was selling tea in Sarajevo to raise money for the victims and sent him and the case of an elderly Bosnian woman who donated her savings to the victims.
“We kiss her hands in these difficult days. All the love you show us gives us great strength,” Cavusoglu said.
Konakovic and Cavusoglu also spoke about bilateral relations between the two countries.
“Our relations are based on historical, political, and cultural ties and we fully support the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as its prosperity. There were elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina in October and I am very pleased that the government was established in such a short period of time. We also want it to be formed as soon as possible at the level of BiH’s Federation (FBiH) entity. BiH has started the process of admission to the EU and we give full support to the Euro-Atlantic integrations,” Cavusoglu said.
