President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, met with Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Boyko Borisov, in Mostar on Tuesday, with whom he discussed the situation in the Balkans and mutual relations. Vucic said following the meeting that any conflict “would take us hundreds of years backwards”.
Borisov stated that he gladly accepted the invitation to take part in the International Economic Fair in Mostar.
“I am speaking to our brothers Bosniaks, Serbs, Croats, the entire region, from Greece to Romania, Croatia and Slovenia. We must express common sense, because only the Balkans would feel the consequences, we already experienced it and we wouldn't like that to happen again. We must not be egoists, no country in the Balkans, and think that a conflict would bypass one of our countries. That is why I gladly accepted the invitation,” he underlined.
Both Vucic and Borisov are attending the opening ceremony of the International Economic Fair, taking place on Tuesday.
