Irish low-cost company Ryanair announced the first flights from Bosnia as of November this year. The carrier will be operating from the northern city Banja Luka to the Charleroi and Memmingen airports.
“Both routes will be operating twice a week as of November, in accordance with the winter timetable for 2018, and tickets will be available for sale later during the day on the Ryanair website,” said Sales and Marketing Manager for Ryanair Olga Pawlonka.
After the airports in Sarajevo, Tuzla and Mostar, Banja Luka has become the fourth Bosnian city that made a connection with European destinations with low-cost companies.
“Our citizens will have a possibility to make connections through Brussels (Charleroi) and Memmingen (Munich) with more than 90 destinations in several European countries,” said general manager of Banja Luka airport Dusko Kovacevic.
