Tourism in Bosnia is a growing industry as April has seen a 19 percent increase in the number of visitors compared to the same month last year, Anadolija reports.

Out of the 127.233 tourists in April, 27 percent were Bosnians. The rest were foreign visitors, mostly Croats (14.7 percent). They are followed by Turks (8.8 percent), Serbians (7.5 percent), Slovenians (7 percent), Germans (6.7 percent), Italians (5.2 percent) and those coming from the United Arab Emirates (4.6 percent).
The Irish stay in Bosnia the longest, four nights on average, followed by people from the South African Republic (3.7 nights), Kuwait (3.5 nights), Malta (3.3 nights) and from the UAE with three nights on average.
Most of the rooms were booked by Croatian tourists (14.7 percent).
